June BBQ Cooking Classes in St. John’s
My cooking instructor friend and skilled chef, Bob Arniel, of Chef to Go at 2 Barnes Road in St. John’s, is offering a five-week BBQ Cooking Course for one night a week, on Thursdays. The course will run from June 1st to June 29th. If you’re a foodie with a desire to learn how to make REAL barbecue, then I highly recommend you take Bob’s course. FOODS FOR THE BARBECUE
COURSE OUTLINE
Chef to Go, cooking classes are designed for those who enjoy good food and want to learn more about its preparation in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Previous experience is not required, some participants will naturally have had more exposure to cooking than others.  Please feel free to ask questions and share ideas.

Each class will be a combination of theoretical background information, practical demonstrations, and hands-on kitchen preparation. Do not hesitate to ask any questions, or ask for a demonstration if you are not sure of a technique. Of course, at the end of the lesson we will enjoy the fruits of our labour as we sample the finished products.
